Bookings & Refunds

This page explains the basic booking, cancellation, and refund information for Lotus Balance Yoga Studio.

Class Bookings

Class spaces may be limited. A booking is confirmed only when the studio or booking system accepts the reservation.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend, contact the studio as early as possible. Exact cancellation windows and class-credit rules must be shown before purchase or confirmed by the studio.

Memberships and Passes

Membership renewal terms, class-pack expiry dates, freeze options, and cancellation rules must be clear before payment. Promotional offers may have additional terms shown with the offer.

Refund Requests

Contact the studio if you believe there was a billing error or if a paid service was not provided as described. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible.

Studio Cancellations

If Lotus Balance cancels a scheduled class, the studio should offer a replacement class, class credit, or refund option consistent with the purchase terms and applicable law.
